Shipping & Returns


We us a combination of Australia Post and a Courier; depending which option provides the best level of service for the destination and the size, shape, weight of the package.

We will send you the tracking number when the item ships.


You can return any item for any reason provided it is in a saleable condition.  Refunds for the items returned will be provided.  You must obtain a "Return Authorisation" number before you return the goods.  Call for the RA number.  Custom items (leads, cable etc) will incur a restocking fee of $15%.

Express Post:

If you need your items quickly, choose Express Post form the Category "POST AND PACK".  This line item is in addition to the postage calculated by the weight of the items you have purchased.

Proof of Delivery:

If your item has not arrived, you must inform us within 21 days from the time it was shipped.  We can not take any action if you do not contact us within 21 days.

If you instruct us to ship and leave without a signiture (leave at front door, leave in letter box etc.) then we are not responsible for the delivery of the item.  You have assumed responsibility.

If you fail to provide a valid phone number then we are not responsible for delivery of your items as you can not be contacted by the driver.
